Step by step in Piclash

The free route
You don’t need to rebuild your design. Two options:
Just the photo. Download the original photo, or the one from your design, drop it into Piclash, click Remove background, and download a transparent PNG. Upload that PNG to Canva and swap it in.
The whole design. Use the free importer to bring the Canva design into Piclash with its layers. Remove backgrounds from as many photos as you like, then carry on designing in Piclash. Or download the result.

Tips for clean cut-outs
- Start with the largest version of the photo you have.
- For hair, refine the mask edge by hand at a high zoom.
- Add a subtle shadow under the cut-out on its new background so it sits naturally.
